Our Reservation Policy
In order for us to accommodate large groups we have implemented the following policies:
- Reservations are provided only to parties with a minimum of 8 people.
- If your reserved party size drops below 8 your reservation will be considered cancelled.
- We require a credit card to book a reservation.
- Reservations may be cancelled or adjusted, with a minimum 48 hour notice, via email without penalty.
- We may require up to 30 minutes (usually we are right on time) to open enough tables for reserved parties. Understandably, the larger the party the more variable the timing.
- There is a $20 charge for each “NO-SHOW” in your party so please be on time. Anyone not present at the time of seating will be considered a “no-show”.
- Absolutely no split cheques. This also means no multiple card payments. We will accept a maximum of 2 cards plus cash for large groups.
- There will be an auto-gratuity of 18%.
- There is a 90 minute maximum seating limit.
